PRESCOTT, AZ - A naturopathic medical doctor in Prescott has been sentenced to 13.5 years in prison on charges related to drugs and having sexual contact with a 15-year-old patient.
The Daily Courier reports that Randy Spicer pleaded guilty in April to luring a minor for sexual exploitation, sexual conduct with a minor, possession of marijuana, and conspiracy to commit transportation of a dangerous drug for sale.
The 40-year-old was originally charged with 12 counts in the child case and then was charged with an additional seven counts related to drugs.
Spicer will be on lifetime sex offender probation after he serves the prison term imposed Tuesday by Judge Tina Ainley of Yavapai County Superior Court.
