PRESCOTT VALLEY, AZ - A northern Arizona man has been arrested in a child pornography case.
Prescott Valley police say 51-year-old David E. Quigley was taken into custody Friday. He's been booked in jail on suspicion of sexual exploitation of a minor.
Investigators say they received information from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about a Prescott Valley man allegedly downloading child pornography from the Internet.
Police officers went to Quigley's home and say he was found to be in possession of numerous pictures of child pornography.
They say Quigley admitted to downloading and possession several hundred pornographic photos of children.
Police say more formal charges against Quigley will follow after review from the Yavapai County Attorney's Office.
It was unclear Friday whether Quigley has legal representation yet.
