PRESCOTT VALLEY, AZ - A Prescott Valley man has been arrested after he allegedly groped a female co-worker at a local restaurant.
According to a Prescott Valley police report, Luis Manuel Testa allegedly grabbed the breast and groin area of the female over her clothing while working on Monday morning.
The victim identified Testa as the suspect.
Testa reportedly admitted to grabbing the victim's groin area and breast numerous times.
Testa was arrested and booked into the Yavapai County Jail on five counts of sexual abuse.
