PRESCOTT VALLEY, AZ - Three suspects face charges for allegedly sexually assaulting a 15-year-old Prescott Valley girl Tuesday night.

Prescott Valley police had responded to a residence along with emergency personnel for a report of an intoxicated juvenile female after her father had come home and found her unresponsive.

After being transported to the Yavapai Regional Medical Center, the female indicated she may have been sexually assaulted.

Further investigation revealed she had reportedly consumed alcohol the residence with three other individuals, as well as taken prescription pills not prescribed to her.

The other three were identified as another 15-year-old female, a 15-year-old male, and 19-year-old Roberts Duff of Dewey.

While the victim was passing in and out of consciousness, they engaged in sexual intercourse with her, according to police.

Upon being detained and interviewed on Wednesday, Duff initially made statements about having sex with the victim but with her consent. He subsequently made statements that the victim appeared very intoxicated and likely could not consent, according to police.

The two juvenile suspects were arrested and booked into the Yavapai County Juvenile Detention Center for sexual assault.

Duff was arrested and booked into the Yavapai County Jail for one count of sexual assault.
