BULLHEAD CITY, AZ - Bullhead City police closed a portion of the community boat launch Sunday morning for a search and rescue operation involving an 18-year-old man.
The Mohave County Sheriff's Office reported that an 18-year-old man was missing Saturday evening, according to Jerry Duke of the Bullhead City Police Department. The man's car was found near Bullhead City Community Park off the Mohave Valley Parkway, said Duke.
Officers closed the boat ramp for about 90 minutes to perform a search and rescue using boats and a dive team. The man's body was not located and the search for him continues.
The ramp reopened around 10:30 a.m. Sunday morning. No other information was available.
