FLAGSTAFF, AZ - The Flagstaff Police Department is searching for two suspects who used a machete to attack a man on Saturday morning in Flagstaff.
According to Flagstaff police, the incident occurred on North Second Street around 10:00 a.m.
When police arrived they found the victim with serious injuries to his face, head, back and also to his legs.
The victim told police that he was targeted by the two suspects because of a prior confrontation.
According to police, one of the suspects has been identified as 19-year-old James Jaurequi of Flagstaff. He was last seen driving a 1991 yellow four-door Cadillac.
The second suspect has been described as a Hispanic male in his twenties, who is 5’10” to 6 feet tall. The suspect goes by the name “Sauce”. He could be driving a blue 1990’s model four door Cadillac, according to police.
Both men are considered armed and dangerous.
