FLAGSTAFF, AZ - A 40-year-old Flagstaff man faces seven years in prison and lifetime intensive probation after being sentenced for attacking a young girl as she walked home from school.
Julian Earl Tohe was sentenced Wednesday after he previously pleaded guilty to attempted sexual assault in the February 2012 attack.
According to the Arizona Daily Sun , the girl said a man stopped her and asked to use her cell phone before grabbing her arm and dragging her into nearby woods.
The man put his hand down the girl's pants, but she was able to run away after biting his tongue when he tried to kiss her.
Tohe had an extensive arrest record that a prosecutor read in court to demonstrate that Tohe is a danger to society.
