Police say the officers responded to reports of a fight about 2 a.m. Thursday. They say the officers were assaulted when they tried to intervene.
Four men have been arrested in the case.
Police say 23-year-old William James Butler III, 24-year-old Isaiah Lewis Buck, 21-year-old Kenneth Brashawn Chapple and 22-year-old Brandon Lavon Chapple all are being held on suspicion of aggravated assault against police officers, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
