SCOTTSDALE, AZ - Scottsdale police say they have found 73-year-old Nancy Reinecke who went missing around noon Thursday.
According to police, Reinecke was last seen when she walked out of her dentist's office on Via Linda, just east of Mountain View Road.
Authorities said Reinecke has Alzheimer's and did not know how to get to her home near Shea and Frank Lloyd Wright boulevards on her own.
Officer Dave Pubins said a citizen was driving near 100th Street and Cochise around 5 p.m. and recognized Reinecke as she was standing by the side of the road.
The citizen called police and when officers arrived Reinecke told police she was waiting for her husband and she had walked to that location and got disoriented.
Pubins said Reinecke is in good condition and was reunited with her husband.
