SCOTTSDALE, AZ - Police have released more details into the fatal shooting of a Scottsdale couple earlier this week.
According to a Scottsdale police report, 58-year-old Daniel Peralta shot his wife, 52-year-old Laura Peralta, then turned the gun on himself, taking his own life Wednesday morning.
The victims' 23-year-old son was reportedly awakened by the sound of shots and when he checked on his parents found them deceased.
Police said in the report that investigators had uncovered evidence that the couple had been arguing the night before at the home near Sweetwater Avenue and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard.
There had been no prior reports to police of domestic violence, according to police.
