PHOENIX - A jury has found a Scottsdale man guilty of first-degree murder in the shooting deaths of his two young sons.

Police said Andre Leteve is believed to have killed the boys before turning the gun on himself in a failed suicide attempt.

The shooting happened at the family's home on March 31, 2010.

Leteve called 911 to report the shooting and reportedly admitted to shooting his children.

When Scottsdale police arrived at the home they found the boys deceased.

Friends of the family said Leteve and his wife were going through a "bitter" divorce.

The aggravation phase of Leteve's trial is set to begin at 10:30 a.m. Monday.
