SCOTTSDALE, AZ - A Scottsdale sushi spot has created a roll to benefit restoration and healing efforts in Japan after Friday’s earthquake and tsunami.
Stingray Sushi’s Recovery Roll consists of spicy tuna, avocado, topped with seared salmon and spicy sesame honey mustard sauce and scallions.
All proceeds will benefit the Red Cross in support of the recovery efforts in Japan.
"While we can't be there to help in this process, we wanted to do our part by creating this sushi roll in their honor and giving all proceeds to the Red Cross, towards recovery efforts in Japan," said co-owner Greg Donnally.
You can get the roll for $12 at Stingray Sushi.
