A big dark cloud slowly trekked along the Loop 101 Tuesday night, soaking Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Mesa, Gilbert and Chandler.
Traffic on the 101 slowed well below the speed limit because the streets were so slick and the visibility so poor.
