SCOTTSDALE, AZ - Three people were hospitalized after a two-vehicle collision in Scottsdale Monday night.
The accident happened around 5 p.m. near Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard and Raintree Drive.
Scottsdale Fire Department spokeswoman Lori Schmidt said firefighters were forced to extricate one of the victims from their car.
Schmidt said that person was transported to Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn's trauma center. Their condition is unknown at this time.
Two additional victims were transported to Scottsdale Healthcare Shea with minor injuries.
Authorities are still trying to determine what caused the accident.
The victim's names have not yet been released.
