SCOTTSDALE, AZ - State officials say eight javelinas were hit and killed by vehicles Sunday night in north Scottsdale.
It happened near 130th Street and Shea Boulevard.
The Arizona Game and Fish Department said two young javelinas were found alive near the dead bodies.
After an investigation, department spokesman Randy Babb said they were killed by vehicles and no citations will be issued.
