PARADISE VALLEY, AZ - Kurt Warner's former home is on the auction block after a year and a half on the market.
"it's the most amazing home I've ever seen," said Jimmy Chase, one of several dozen guests who went to the former Cards quarterback's home on Super Bowl Sunday to watch the game and get a look at the house.
The 11,000 square foot home has it all. Six bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms don't even begin to describe it.
It has everything from a home theater, billiard room, massage room, ping pong room, in-ground trampoline and 62 foot lap pool with an overhead waterfall, just to name a few features.
"It's a great house for entertaining for sure," said real estate agent Rob Brown. "It's a stunning, stunning home."
But this dream home has been a nightmare to sell, it's been on the market for a year and a half.
So on February 27th, it will be auctioned to the highest bidder with no minimum bid.
"This is just another way to get this sold and it will be sold by the end of the month," said selling agent Chrissy Donnelly.
The home is estimated to fetch in the neighborhood of $5 million.
The Warner's have moved to an even bigger home in north Scottsdale .
Before the Warner's owned it, the home belonged to pro baseball player Roberto Alomar.
