Missing Paradise Valley man Gregory Parkison, 64, found in California

PARADISE VALLEY, AZ - A Paradise Valley man who went missing from an elderly-adult health care facility over the weekend was located in California Thursday.

According to Paradise Valley police, Gregory Parkison left an elderly-adult health care facility between midnight and 2 a.m. Sunday near Scottsdale and Doubletree Ranch roads.

Parkison left without a wallet, any identification, money or phone, police said.

According to officials, his family had not heard from him and police were concerned because Parkison has the early onset Alzheimer's and is diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and prostate cancer.
