TUCSON, AZ - The Tucson executive who was fired from his job after posting a YouTube video from a Chick-fil-A location has created yet another video -- this time apologizing for his actions.
Adam Smith’s original video showed him confronting an employee of the fast food restaurant for the chain’s perspective on gay marriage.
He posted another video Friday apologizing for the video and the scene he made in the drive-thru line.
In the eight minute video, he personally apologizes to the employee who he spoke with, Rachel.

“You handled my frustrating rant with such dignity and composure…I’m blown away by the beauty of what you did, your kindness, your patience,” Smith said. “You should be very proud.”
He also said that he never planned to say the things he said, but that he got frustrated by the number of people he saw in support of the chain.
Smith was later fired from his job as CFO of Vante, Inc., a medical device company.
Despite losing his job, Smith said he felt so sorry for his actions not because he lost his job, but because he treated the woman “so inhumanely.”
