TUCSON, AZ - Tucson police said Wednesday they have arrested a man they believe is involved in at least 19 different burglary incidents at area convenience stores.
Police department spokeswoman Sgt. Maria Hawke says a second man has also been arrested.
Both men were transported and booked into the Pima County Jail on suspicion of burglary, theft and organized retail theft after a robbery Tuesday night.
The men are both Tucson residents and are identified as 22-year-old Joseph Kehn and 25-year-old William Kuitert.
Authorities say additional charges are expected to be filed.
Police had earlier reported a serial robber hitting Tucson convenience stores since Jan. 23, primarily stealing cigarettes by going behind a counter, filling a bag full of cigarettes, and then leaving.
Surveillance video caught the crimes.
