SIERRA VISTA, AZ - Cochise County authorities are investigating a break-in and theft of weapons and ammunition from a Sierra Vista business.
Authorities say the theft happened Sunday at the Mountain Vista Trading Post.
Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Carol Capas says someone broke into the business by forcibly entering through the front door sometime Sunday morning grabbing ammunition and at least 62 firearms. The stolen guns consist of both rifles and pistols.
The break-in was discovered by a couple of people who are managing the business for the owner while he's away. Capas wouldn't say whether the building had an alarm.
