2 killed in State Route 90 crash in Sierra Vista

SIERRA VISTA, AZ - Authorities say a man and woman are dead after a two-car crash on State Route 90 in Sierra Vista.

Sierra Vista police say the accident occurred about 1 p.m. Wednesday near Airport Avenue.

The victims are both Sierra Vista residents and have been identified as 22-year-old Amanda Andrews and her 21-year-old passenger, Robert W. Dove.

Police say the car driven by Andrews crossed into opposing traffic and collided with a sedan.

The other driver was injured and airlifted to a Tucson hospital.
