FLORENCE, AZ - Authorities say one man was shot to death and three others injured during an altercation in Picacho Tuesday.
According to the Pinal County Sheriff's Office, Benjamin Franklin, 23, was shot around 11 p.m. during a dispute in the 6000 block of E. Monitor Street.
Officials say another man was shot multiple times and another sustained a head injury. They were transported to area hospitals for treatment.
Corey Franklin, 27, of Casa Grande, Benjamin's cousin, was arrested and booked into the Pinal County Adult Detention Center and charged with aggravated assault. Additional charges are pending the outcome of the ongoing investigation.
A second suspect, Robin Franklin, 28, also of Casa Grande, was transported to Maricopa Medical Center for treatment of multiple gunshot wounds. Authorities say he is currently in stable condition and also faces charges in the incident.
