SAN TAN VALLEY, AZ - A San Tan Valley family was left without a home after an early morning fire destroyed their house just after midnight Monday.
Florence Fire Department and Rural Metro Fire Department responded to the home near Johnson Ranch Boulevard and Hunt Highway.
According to Rural Metro Fire, firefighters believe that the fire started in one corner of their garage, spreading to the attic and part of the kitchen.
Everyone made it out of the home OK, but an adult female suffered minor burns on her face. She did not need to be transported for her injuries.
The American Red Cross Disaster Action Team says they are working to provide the family with a place to stay and food, water, clothing and support.
