MARANA, AZ - A woman has given birth at a Marana convenience store.
Paramedics helped a woman give birth to a healthy baby girl Thursday morning in the parking lot of a Circle K on Ina Road near Interstate 10.
Authorities say the patient and her husband were on their way to meet emergency crews and stopped at the store.
Paramedics responded just after 6:30 a.m. and delivered the newborn from inside the couple's Toyota vehicle.
Mother and daughter were transported to a local hospital and both are reported to be doing well.
