Maricopa police searching for man suspected of robbing convenience store

MARICOPA, AZ - Police in Maricopa are looking for a suspected armed robber.
Police say a man walked into the Circle K on 19864 John Wayne Parkway, said he had a gun, and demanded cash, cigarettes and alcohol.
He ran away from the store through the backdoor.
The man was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, tan ball cap and jeans with green gym shorts over them. He was covering his face with a grey bandana.
