Why is the U.S. the ‘no-vacation nation’?

PHOENIX - Did you know the U.S. gets far less vacation days than some other countries?

The typical U.S. employee gets only two to three weeks off a year and employers are not obligated to offer any paid vacation.

Workers in Germany can get six weeks of paid vacation and many companies make sure employees use all of it.
