PHOENIX - A federal judge in Pennsylvania has ruled that there is nothing vulgar about "I heart boobies!" bracelets and public schools can't ban them.
Two girls brought the case to the court with the help of the American Civil Liberties Union after they were suspended for wearing the bracelets.
“I heart boobies!” merchandise is sold to help raise money for breast cancer awareness research.

Robert Joseph Christiansen absolutely not. What about testicular cancer? If I made a bracelet that says I Heart Men's Nuts, would that be ok for children to wear? The breast cancer movement is overstepping their boundaries.
