A photo of an 18-year-old girl rejected for her high school yearbook is creating a controversy in Durango, Colorado.
You can see the photo by clicking on this link.
The student committee that approves those photos gave it the go-ahead.
But, school administrators got involved, saying the picture violates the school dress code.
Students at the school have protested the decision.
Spies mom has even vowed to put up a fight.
She's threatened to get the ACLU involved if the photo isn't put in the yearbook.
"ABC15 Now!" wants to know where you weigh in on the controversy.
Is the picture over the top for a high school yearbook?
Or should it be allowed?
