We want your take on this?

Should a North Carolina lawmaker be able to change her vote after she accidentally pushed a wrong button and approved a controversial form of mining in her state?

Representative Becky Carney, a Democrat, spent all day campaigning against overriding the governor's veto of a fracking bill.

When it finally came up for a vote at 11:30 at night, Carney pushed the wrong button and cast the final vote needed to override the governor and fast track fracking in her state.

Carney realized her mistake immediately and asked to change her vote.

She was denied.

Under state law, lawmakers can change their vote, but not when it changes the outcome.

Do you think she should be able to change her vote?
