VIDEO: Flight attendant Jose Serrano loses his cool

Video of an attendant losing his cool on a delayed flight is quickly going viral.

It happened Monday afternoon when a flight out of La Guardia in New York City was delayed four and a half hours.

Passengers who had been waiting in the terminal and on the plane started to get cranky.

That's when flight attendant, Jose Serrano, invited passengers who didn't like waiting to get off the plane.

Passengers said Serrano also said he had nothing left to lose, and that this was probably going to be his final flight.

American Eagle Airlines has apologized for Serrano's behavior.

But, some passengers on the flight are coming to his defense saying he was provoked after being berated for delays he had no control over, while others demanded free flights for their inconvenience. Read more.
