Should parents spank? The question is a point of discussion in a CNN.com article Monday.
The article quotes researchers who found that physical punishment was linked to increased chances of mood disorders, anxiety, substance abuse and personality disorders.
The American Academy of Pediatrics has discouraged spanking for that reason.
Thirty-two countries have outlawed the practice.
What do you think? Is spanking a legitimate punishment for certain behavior?
