NEWTOWN, CT - President Barack Obama spoke at a prayer vigil Sunday night to honor the victims of the tragic shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut.
Alone on a stage after the worst day of his tenure, Obama declared Sunday he will use "whatever power" he has to prevent shootings like the Connecticut school massacre.
