DENVER - The shooting suspect who police say shot and killed 12 moviegoers and injured dozens of others in Aurora, Colo. made his first court appearance Monday morning.
James Holmes, 24, was seen with orange-red hair and nodding off with droopy eyes in front of the judge.
Police said Holmes went into a midnight showing of the new Batman movie "The Dark Knight Rises" early Friday morning, killing 12 people and wounding 58 others.
