Trader Joe’s is recalling their “BBQ Chicken Salad” with use-by dates of July 30, 2012.

The chicken salad contains onions that are included in an FDA recall.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service announced that there is a possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

So far no reports of illnesses have been documented.

A recall notice states that the product was distributed to Arizona as well as New Mexico, southern California, southern Nevada and Texas.

If you have any questions about this recall, contact the company’s Director of Quality Assurance Juan Castro at 323-923-2885.
