WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court says it will tackle the contentious issue of same-sex marriage.
The court will hear two constitutional challenges to state and federal laws dealing with the recognition of gay and lesbian couples to legally wed.
According to CNN, the court is expected to hear arguments in March 2013, and then rule of the case in June 2013.
