A teacher in New York claims a 6-year-old boy fractured his ankle and hurt his knee, according to a Monday report.

Yahoo.com said 220-pound gym teacher John Webster, 27, was assaulted by Rodrigo Carpio, who is a first grader at the Queens school.

Carpio reportedly began biting Webster and when Webster took him to the principal’s office the boy kicked him in the ankle.

Webster said one kick hit his knee and he heard a pop, according to the article.

The gym teacher, who is a former college football player, said in the article it is humiliating and that the boy looks like and angel, but turns into a nightmare.

Carpio has also allegedly kicked the principal and pinched others at the school.

The boy’s parents deny their child could do this and that the allegations are false, according to the article. Read more.
