PHILADELPHIA, PA - A man has been shot in the head and killed during the filming of an amateur rap video in Philadelphia.

The shooting happened Thursday night in front of a crowd of about 100 people.

Police say the man was in his late 20s or early 30s.

After he was shot, he was accidentally run over by a car trying to leave the scene.

Police say the driver won't be charged.

Authorities say three gun-wielding men were arrested shortly afterward and one has been identified by witnesses as the shooter.

The motive for the shooting is unclear. Police say they're unsure if the man killed was the target or if he was a part of the video or a spectator.
