Apple announced Wednesday that they are cutting the price of the 13-inch Macbook Pro with Retina Display and are reportedly adding faster processors, according to a report.

CNN reported that the 13-inch model with 256GB of flash storage will now cost $1,399 instead of $1,699.

The 15-inch computer will reportedly stay the same price at $2,199, but Apple is adding a quad-core 2.4GHz Core i7 processor.

According to the report, Apple made the adjustments to the 13-inch model because customers complained it was expensive for not having as much power as the 15-inch model.
