PLANO, TX - There's a BIG stink brewing in Plano, Texas over pet owners who don't pick up after their animals.
An apartment complex is apparently having such a big problem with people who don't "scoop," they're going to start testing the dog waste for DNA.
Every tenant will be required to provide a DNA sample from their pet. Then, the apartment registry will lead right to the offenders resulting in a $250 fine.
The company providing the service is called Poo Prints .
They're betting the service will spread to other areas around the country because it's a problem every community has to deal with.
