An 11-year-old girl died over the weekend after falling out the emergency window of a bus in Oregon.
ABC News said Angie Hernandez was leaning against the emergency exit of the party bus when the window opened during a turn Saturday night.

Hernandez reportedly fell onto the road and died at the scene.
Hernandez was on the bus with 20 to 30 other people on the way to a quinceanera party in downtown Portland.
Investigators are trying to determine why the window opened and whether it was faulty, according to the report. Read more.
