ATLANTA - A news anchor in Atlanta was arrested for DUI after a wrong-way car crash over the weekend, according to several local news reports in Georgia.

Amanda Davis, a television anchor for Fox 5 WAGA-TV, was involved in the collision around 12:30 a.m. Sunday, reported WSB-TV in Atlanta.

Davis “refused a field sobriety test and the state-administered chemical test,” the report said.

Her viewers have been posting well wishes on her Facebook page Monday morning.
