NEW YORK, NY - The New York City Department of Health's newly released video attacking sugary drinks is asking for YOUR feedback on banning super-size sodas.

The ad seems to play off the "disgusting" factor, showing a man drinking "fat" out of a glass.

After you watch the video, you are asked participate in a survey asking what you think of the ad's effectiveness.

The message at the end of the video encourages viewers to not "drink themselves fat", saying sugar-sweetened beverages add hundreds of calories to your diet each day.
