American Academy of Pediatrics claims circumcisions are a 'wise choice'

An influential group of doctors is doing an "about face" in the circumcision debate.

According to the Washington Post, the American Academy of Pediatrics is now saying it's a wise choice because the health benefits outweigh the risks.

The AAP is expected to release a report next month detailing their evidence.

They are also releasing a statement taking sides after being neutral on the subject for more than a decade.
