TEMPE, AZ - Two Valley cities were ranked on the Top 100 Places to Live in the United States, according to Livability.com .
Tempe came in at No. 43 and Scottsdale ranked at 89 on the list. No. 1 was Palo Alto, Calif. and at the bottom of the list was St. Louis, MO at 100.
The methodology behind the rankings included best amenities, education, transportation, access to healthcare and citizen demographics (age, race, income, education level).
