Santa not real arrest: Kingston, Ontario man arrested for shouting 'Santa doesn't exist,' cops say

Police in the town of Kingston, Ontario arrested a 24-year-old man for reportedly shouting out that Santa doesn't exist during the town's annual Santa Claus parade, MSN reports .

According to the report, the man, who has not been identified, had his hair gelled up to look like devil horns.

The man was charged with causing a disturbance while being intoxicated, police said.
