We've all heard the saying that age is just a number, but now 28 is being called the new "old."
A new British survey has named 28 as the age one stops being "young," according to an article on Yahoo.com .
Thirty-seven percent of women and 39 percent of men using a dating website chose 28 as the age at which one is officially grown up.
The Daily Mail has decided that 28 was chosen because that's when women focus more on their career and less on their sex life.
One beauty editor says not to panic -- 28 is still young.
And when you feel like you should be an adult, start acting like one.
What age do you think is a "grown up" age?
Is 28 old these days, or should people start acting like adults much earlier than 28?
Many of you responded on Facebook, including Shawna DeMar, who wrote, " I was 27 when I had my first child. That's when I felt like a grown up." Many others agreed.
