PHOENIX - The Black Friday madness is now gone. If you threw a few elbows and still didn’t get the tech gadgets that you had hoped for, have no fear. Here’s my list of my favorite sites to find the best prices on technology for the holidays.

DealNews.com

Dealnews has been around for years and continues to track down the best deals across the ‘net. The nice thing about Dealnews is that it breaks everything into categories. So, if you’re looking for a good deal on a laptop, you can simply scroll down to the laptop section. I’ve always found amazing prices on Dealnews, it’s worth a click.

Slickdeals.net

Slickdeals also finds some amazing deals but navigating it won’t be as easy as Dealnews.com. They use a text heavy design that can be confusing. Once you learn the interface, it’s a great tool for snagging the best prices on the web.

Woot.com

If you don’t Woot, you should! Woot.com is a site that purchases buyout and clearance products and then sells them as one day deals. Shipping is always $5 no matter what you buy. Sometimes this works to your advantage (buying a TV) while other times it hurts you (buying something that only costs $5 to begin with). Nonetheless, it’s a site that deserves a spot on your favorites list if you’re a bargain hunter.

FatWallet.com

Fatwallet isn’t a technology focused site but they do have plenty of tech items posted. It’s a great site for finding a good deal on a TV, laptop or PC. They also find the best coupons across the 'net.

Tigerdirect.com

This isn’t a deal site, it’s an online store but I often find some great deals here. They sell standard technology products but also have an abundance of clearance and refurbished products. If you can bear the overload of e-mails, I’d recommend signing up for their mailing list. They send out amazing deals that are often so popular that they clear out within hours.

NewEgg.com

Newegg is another online technology store that seems to have some of the best prices on the ‘net. Newegg sells typical consumer products as well as the super geeky stuff. I’ve found great prices on accessories here like cables, connectors and memory cards. Don’t spend $50 for an HDMI cable at the big box store, they’re under $10 at newegg.

This is just a short list of some of my favorites. What are your favorite tech deal sites? Post in the comments below or find me on Facebook.com/kirkyuhnke and Twitter.com/kirkyuhnke . Happy shopping!
