TEMPE, AZ - If you’re an Arizona Cardinals fan and you wanted to drink away your misery, then World of Beer was a good place to be Friday night.

It just opened Wednesday in Tempe, and it’s different from a sports bar because it boasts 500 brands of craft and import beer. Beyond that, they have 58 rotating taps.

Friday night, it was standing room only at World of Beer with hopeful fans. With 32 big-screen TV’s, management hopes to keep it that way throughout the season.

But, fans say, if they’re going to come out, the Cardinals have to learn to play ball.

“If I’m willing to stay the whole game and watch, where I’m not in my home, then, yeah, I’ll spend the money," says Cardinals Fan Joshua Mercado. "But, the way things are looking now, no, I’ll watch it at home and spend my money at home."

By the way, don't expect to come in and order a Miller Light or Bud Light because, despite the name, World of Beer doesn’t have it. Instead, it features small, independent breweries.
