PHOENIX - AAA has announced its top 27 auto repair shops around Arizona.
In a Thursday news release, AAA Arizona said to be considered for the honor, the facilities must be part of AAA's Approved Auto Repair network.
The facilities have been recognized for providing honest, reliable and quality service. They must adhere to more than 20 standards established by AAA, including:
- Annual inspection by AAA representatives.
- Staff an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certified technician or equivalent for each area of service offered.
- Guarantee effectiveness of repairs, parts, labor or components for a minimum of 12 months or 12,000 miles for AAA members.
- Accept the final decision of AAA in resolving complaints concerning service to members’ vehicles.
The list contains three first-time winners and eight recipients honored for 10 years or more.
