While shoppers don't line up for Presidents Day sales like they do for Black Friday, shoppers might find deeper discounts today than they do during the holiday season, according to ABCNews.com .

Charlie Graham, founder and CEO of personalized apparel and accessories shopping site Shop It To Me , said, "In the case of Presidents Day, you have a smaller percentage of items on sale, but those items on sale have a much higher discount," according to the report.

Graham said retailers are hoping to sell their winter stock to make room for spring items.
